Q: What range of items do you carry?
A: We carry an array of women's and children's cashmere sweaters, scarves, and wraps. The women's line is very versatile with styles such as zip hoodies, tanks, turtlenecks, ballet wraps, and pants. The children's line offers cashmere pants and skirts in addition to the sweaters and scarves. Our Newport Beach location carries Louise, our satin lounge wear line, as well as our full children's line. These items are available at our Santa Monica location upon special request.

Q: How does the "by appointment" shopping method work in your Santa Monica showroom?
A: The appointment method is more for the sake of the customer to assure they will receive proper attention when visiting us. Customers sometimes call moments before they arrive. Obviously they ask if this is okay and we are usually able to accommodate.

Q: If a client makes an appointment should they feel obligated to buy something?
A: When a client makes an appointment, there is no pressure to buy. We invite them in to view styles and colors we have in stock. One thing that the private shopping experience offers is an inviting stress free approach to shopping.

Q: Do you host events at your store?
A: Besides a seasonal sale, we have hosted events with charities. It's a great chance to raise money for a good cause and it introduces a lot of people to our product simultaneously. If a charity would like to have a shopping event here, we provide valet and catering.

Q: How can I purchase items from your clothing line if I'm not near one of your stores?
A: You can easily look through our merchandise on this website and either fax, email, or call in your order. Make sure to specify, style, size, and color. Once we receive your order we will verify it with you and request your payment info over the phone.
